Bookings may be made
in person, by telephone or email daily. Our office
hours are 9.00am to 9.00pm Monday to Friday and at
the weekend 8.30am to 5.30pm. Payment must be made
in full at time of booking for all lessons. Refunds
are not given.
VISA, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Electron and Solo
cards are accepted over the counter or by telephone.
Bankers cards must be presented with cheques.
Bookings may be transferred to an alternative date
provided that notice is given by noon on the
previous day. If appropriate notice is not given,
cancellation will occur without transfer. A booking
may not be transferred more than once.
We reserve the right to change an instructor if
necessary. In every circumstance we will endeavour
to notify clients of such changes.
Sets of 10 lesson vouchers are available at a
reduced rate and may be used for group or ½ hour
private beginner sessions. Normal transfer
arrangements apply.
A Senior Instructor is BHSII, BHSI or above.
